Service Description
What's included - Pick up in an insured and secure vehicle from your home. - Small group walk with fully insured and experienced dog walker. - Minimum 45 minutes. - Maximum 6 dogs per walk. - Off lead as much as possible. - Return to your home. - Discount available for extra dog.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings to be confirmed with Welly Walks via email or WhatsApp. For cancellations, please give 24 hours notice or you will be charged the full price of the session. You must have completed an information form for your dog before the first session commences - it is your responsibility to keep contact and health details up to date. If Welly Walks needs to reschedule or cancel a session we will give you as much notice as possible. If your dog has an accident during our supervision you will be informed as soon as we can reach you. If your dog displays behaviour that concerns us you will be made aware on the same day and where appropriate support given. If your dog causes damage to our equipment you will be informed and if beyond reasonable wear an additional fee will be charged.
