General Principles

We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process. Our services are booked in advance and require time and resources to prepare, so refunds are subject to the conditions below.

Cancellations by You

  • Dog Walks:

    • If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, no charge will apply and any pre-paid amount will be credited or refunded.

    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled walk, the full fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.

  • Boarding / Daycare:

    • For cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date, we will refund any pre-paid amount in full.

    • For cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date, we reserve the right to retain up to 50% of the booking fee to cover reserved space and lost opportunities.

Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel a service (e.g., due to illness, severe weather, or emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be offered:

  • A full refund for any pre-paid amount, or

  • A credit towards a future booking, whichever you prefer.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 working days of agreement.

  • If you paid by bank transfer, please provide your account details for the refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • No refunds will be issued for services already delivered.

  • No refunds for missed walks due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, road closures) if we have made reasonable efforts to deliver the service.

Disputes

  • If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside these terms, please contact us at wellywalks25@gmail.com. We aim to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

Policy Updates

  • We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
