General Principles
We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund process. Our services are booked in advance and require time and resources to prepare, so refunds are subject to the conditions below.
Cancellations by You

Dog Walks:

If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, no charge will apply and any pre-paid amount will be credited or refunded.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled walk, the full fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.

Boarding / Daycare:

For cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date, we will refund any pre-paid amount in full.

For cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date, we reserve the right to retain up to 50% of the booking fee to cover reserved space and lost opportunities.

Cancellations by Us
If we need to cancel a service (e.g., due to illness, severe weather, or emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be offered:

A full refund for any pre-paid amount, or
-
A credit towards a future booking, whichever you prefer.
Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 working days of agreement.

If you paid by bank transfer, please provide your account details for the refund.
Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be issued for services already delivered.

No refunds for missed walks due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, road closures) if we have made reasonable efforts to deliver the service.
