Walks
-
Each walk will last a minimum of 45 minutes, carried out by an experienced and fully insured dog walker personally selected by Beth Luscombe.

Typically, your dog will be transported to a suitable location where they will have ample opportunity to exercise and toilet.

On rare occasions, the full 45 minutes may not be met due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, traffic, emergencies). We will communicate this with you promptly if it occurs.

Unless otherwise agreed, your dog may be walked alongside other friendly dogs.
Health & Safety of Dogs

We reserve the right to cancel services if we believe your dog has not been adequately protected against common parasites or diseases.

Please ensure your dog is up-to-date with vaccinations and worm, flea, and tick treatments.

Inform us of any health conditions, injuries, special needs, or allergies before services begin.

Share any behavioural traits (e.g., pulling, reactivity, shyness) so we can keep your dog and others safe and happy.
Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, we will contact you immediately. It is your responsibility to ensure we have your most up-to-date contact details.

If you are unavailable, we will contact your nominated emergency contact.

If neither can be reached, we will act in your dog’s best interests, which may include taking them to a veterinarian.

All veterinary costs incurred will be your responsibility.
Payments & Cancellations

Invoices are issued at the end of each month, or payment is also accepted through the website.

If you need to cancel a walk, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Full payment will be charged for walks cancelled after 24 hours.

If Welly Walks needs to cancel (due to illness, severe weather, or emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible.
Keys & Home Access

If you provide keys for dog collection, they will be stored securely and your details will remain confidential.

Please ensure we have safe and easy access to your dog (e.g., gates unlocked if required) and share any relevant details about your property (e.g., other people or animals in the house, quirks with doors or locks).

We will follow your instructions, but we are not responsible for the security of your home beyond reasonable care.
Responsibility

We promise to care for your dog with love and attention.

However, we cannot accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damage caused by your dog while in our care.
Ending the Arrangement

Either party may terminate this arrangement at any time, once all fees have been settled.

We kindly request one week’s notice where possible.
Agreement
By booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
