Service Description
Ensure your dog is happy while you’re away. Our home provides a comfortable and welcoming environment for your pet to feel safe during overnight stays. What's included - Morning or afternoon drop off at my home. - Small group walk (minimum 45 minutes). - Feeding and other care requirements in my home as advised by you. - Overnight stay in a warm, home environment. - Discounts available for extra dog and half days.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings to be confirmed with Welly Walks via email or WhatsApp. For cancellations, please give 24 hours notice or you will be charged the full price of the session. You must have completed an information form for your dog before the first session commences - it is your responsibility to keep contact and health details up to date. If Welly Walks needs to reschedule or cancel a session we will give you as much notice as possible. If your dog has an accident during our supervision you will be informed as soon as we can reach you. If your dog displays behaviour that concerns us you will be made aware on the same day and where appropriate support given. If your dog causes damage to our equipment you will be informed and if beyond reasonable wear an additional fee will be charged.
